Witnesses sought after trio of burglaries in Four Marks

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a trio of burglaries in the Four Marks area last Thursday (August 5).

Hampshire Constabulary received three reports of burglaries between 7am and 4.30pm on Soldridge Road, Weathermore Lane and Brislands Lane.

Entry was forced to the homes and jewellery, cash, and household items were stolen.

A suspect was seen leaving the Soldridge Road address in a small black car.

He is described as being a white man, around 5ft 6ins with a medium build, in his late 40s, with short brown hair. He was also described as wearing dark clothes.

A police spokesman said: "Were you in the area at the time? Perhaps you saw someone matching this description, or have doorbell or dash-cam footage that might assist us?"
