BINSTED residents are upset that gypsies on a rural site within the national park boundary on the edge of the village have been given the right to stay on the land for three years.
East Hampshire District Council granted temporary permission for Edwin Keet and his partner, Melanie Cutler, to live in a mobile home and breed and break horses on the site at New Barn Stables, The Street, Binsted.
