EAST Hampshire Citizen's Advice Bureaux may have to reduce the service it offers, at a time when demands are increasing from vulnerable clients threatened with job losses, benefits cuts and housing problems.

The announcement comes as savage cuts in local government funding undermine the work of the CAB, causing real fear that it is putting "our local big society under threat".
