AN SOS has gone out for generous cyclists to take on the 54-mile challenge from London to Brighton in aid of The Disabilities Trust.

The Trust supports people with acquired brain injury, complex physical or learning disabilities, and adults and children with autism.

The sponsored ride down to East Sussex takes place on Sunday, September 16.

Cyclists can join a team or ride on their own, and the Trust offers a free lunch, mechanical support, and mementos for finishers.
