My Working Week: Before burnout becomes crisisRun by Alton Community Centre tai chi tutor Sue Kelly, the session will run from 10am-11am on Saturday, April 30, to coincide with classes all over the world.
The session will cater for all levels of experience and interested folk are asked simply to turn up.
Children from Alton Community Association’s playgroup who have been enjoying Tai Chi 4 Kids sessions will also attend.
If weather is bad, it will be held at Alton Community Centre.
