THE Department for Transport is proposing to block off a footpath route into East Hampshire District Council’s car park off Draymans Way.
A council spokesperson said: “The access is being moved to the north to provide the best alignment of the new footpath and crossing point over Draymans Way into the Coors development.”
Copies of the draft order and plan are available for inspection at Alton Library for four weeks from today (Thursday).
