A petition against building 1,300 houses on Chawton Park Farm has hit 5,000 signatures.
The Say No to Chawton Park Farm petition was started in September 2021. Campaign chair Carol Palmer said: “EHDC have confirmed they would be happy to meet with our campaign group after the results of the National Planning Policy Framework consultation, which ends on March 2, have been digested fully.”
