Wines shipped from this region are mainly from Chateau Carbonneau, producing excellent white, rose and a range of reds, sold in The General Wine Company’s shops in Liphook and Petersfield, as well as in some of the best pubs, hotels and restaurants across the south.
Alan said: “I have always loved the region since beginning in the trade over 30 years ago, so this is a proud moment for myself and everyone at the company.
“We look forward to many more years promoting the vinous wonders from the eastern side of Bordeaux.”
