CHILDREN and staff at Hollycombe Primary School helped raise money for Children In Need last Friday by pledging donations so they did not have to wear their uniforms to school.
The "unruly" pupils raised more than £130 to dress down for a day.
And Pudsey bear also managed to find time in his busy fundraising schedule to pay a surprise visit as children arrived at school.
At Churcher's College Junior School, children supported the appeal by collecting coins and laying them on Pudsey bear shapes drawn in house colours, raising more than £400 for the charity.
