SEVENTEEN years after a Chinook helicopter crashed in Scotland, killing everyone on board, an official review is expected to exonerate the two dead pilots, saying they should not have been blamed for the accident.
Twenty-nine people died on the flight from Belfast to Inverness when it crashed on the Mull of Kintyre in June 1994 - among them two former RAF Odiham pilots, flight lieutenants Jonathan Tapper and Richard Cook.
