Bentley Squirrels unveiled a bug hotel on Carters' Meadow on April 18 and excitedly watched for guests to move in.

Cutting the ribbon to open it was Bentley parish councillor John Goodyear, who gave permission for its location.

The Squirrels were inspired to build it following a talk from Bentley Wildlife Group.

Resident Rob Priestley made the frame from salvaged wood and the Squirrels furnished it with different natural materials.
