THE team behind a new cinema in Liphook says it is set to open in the spring, as a planning application for signs is submitted to East Hampshire District Council.

Last summer the cinema, that aims to show films from Hollywood blockbusters to art house and niche films, advertised front-of-house and marketing roles.
Now an application is with planners for a traditional 6.8m and 1m high cinema sign reading The Living Room Cinema and signs advertising the cinema’s programme and its cafe/bar.
