HAMPSHIRE police chiefs have expressed disappointment at figures which show that motorists are continuing to drive under the influence of drink and drugs.

And drivers in the North and East Operational Command Unit, which covers Alton, Bordon, Petersfield, Liphook, Basingstoke and Aldershot, are shown to be the worst offenders.
