An East Hampshire drinking establishment has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Golden Pheasant, a pub, bar or nightclub at Golden Pheasant Gosport Road Lower Farringdon Alton Gu34 3dj was given the score after assessment on June 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of East Hampshire's 140 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 103 (74%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
