East Hampshire's motorists will have 15 road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing a holdup of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that seven closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

• A3, from 8pm January 13 to 6am March 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Horndean, slip road and lane closures for street lighting work, diversion via National Highways and local authority network.

• M3, from 8pm February 1 to 6am March 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 southbound, junction 5, slip road closure for barrier repairs, diversion via National Highways network.

• A3, from 8pm July 18 2022 to 6am March 22 2023, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Ham Barn, Lane closures for drainage work.

• A3, from 8pm February 24 to 6am March 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Weston, slip road and lane closures for drainage work, diversion via National Highways network.

• A27, from 9pm March 6 to 6am March 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A27 both directions Warblington to Eastern Road, Lane closure for drainage work.

• M27, from 8am September 20 2022 to 8pm April 30 2023, slight delays (under 10 minutes): abnormal Load Movement, Gosport to Ipswich.

• A27, from midnight, February 27 to 11.59pm June 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): abnormal load - Essex to Southampton.

And a further eight closures will begin over the next seven days:

• A3, from 8pm March 13 to 6am March 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Hazel Grove to Liphook, Lane closure for drainage works.

• A3, from 8pm March 13 to 6am March 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Liphook to Hazel Grove, Lane closures for inspection work.

• A3, from 9pm March 13 to 6am March 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Horndean to Weston Interchange, Lane closure for drainage works.

• A3, from 9pm March 14 to 6am March 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Horndean to Weston, Lane closure for drainage works.

• A3, from 8pm March 16 to 6am March 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, A272 Berelands to Sheet Link, Lane closure for communications works.

• A3, from 8pm March 17 to 6am March 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3M southbound, junction 2, slip road and lane closure for barrier works.

• A3, from 8pm March 20 to 6am March 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound and southbound, Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for tunnel maintenance, diversion via Highways England network.

• M3, from 8pm March 24 to 6am March 25, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M3 northbound, junction 5, slip road and lane closures for barrier repairs, diversion via National Highways network.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
