CONIFERS School near Midhurst has announced its partnership with three charities.

It will be supporting men’s suicide prevention charity James’ Place, the Sussex Snowdrop Trust, which supports children with life-limiting or life-threatening illness, and Canine Partners, which partners physically disabled people with assistance dogs.

Conifers organises several fundraising events for its partner charities.

Staff and students held a mental health awareness day recently, where pupils took part in mindfulness and well-being activities.

This included creating self-praise jars, hanging positive thoughts in trees, yoga, feel-good dancing, classes on neurodiversity and ’dressing down’ in home clothes for the day.
