EGGAR'S School won the inaugural Above and Beyond Competition at Alton College with their presentation on Facebook and Twitter.

Camilla Coulston, Lucy Tate, Anna Foster and Eleanor Lane debated the pros and cons of social media, engaging the audience and using real-life examples. The competition encourages Year 10 to develop analytical skills, preparing them for the extended project qualification when they enrol at Alton College.

The qualification is in addition to A-Levels, essay-based and can be an addition to a UCAS form.
