The Shed in Bordon has a top selection lined-up throughout September with the return of the Cube Comedy Club and free live music nights every Saturday.

The Cube Comedy Club is kicking off the venue’s autumn season on Thursday, September 7 with merry funsters Aaron Twitchen, Samantha Day and headliner Andrew O’Neill.

Self-proclaimed “gay circus comedian”, Twitchen is billed as a seriously funny stand up as well as a circus aerialist and dancer.

Samantha Day is 53 going on 27 and always has audiences in stitches, spouting words of wisdom and self-improvement – whether wanted or not.

Headliner Andrew O’Neill is an award-winning stand-up comedian, musician and best-selling writer, combining surrealism, polemic and good old-fashioned stagecraft.

Tickets are £13.50 and can be bought on The Shed website.

In addition, every Saturday night, The Shed provides the backdrop for a fantastic evening of free live music from local talent. There is a great line-up of bands across September including the Cozy and the Dukes, Andrea Ojano and Revive.

Cozy and the Dukes are performing on September 9 with a repertoire of songs by a wide range of artists, arranged to suit their own mellow jazzy style, and Andera Ojano will bring the 80s nostalgia on September 23 with mega hits that shaped a generation and rocked the world.

On September 30, Revive (pictured) are bringing their phenomenally popular Bandaoke to The Shed for the first time. Fancy yourself as the singer in a band? Well, now’s your chance.

Just like karaoke, take your pick from over 100 songs and let the band do the rest. Whether you have the voice of an angel or an angle grinder, your 15 minutes of fame await!
