Exhibiting artists from the Alton Art Society Thursday Paint Group will be at the Freedom Through Expression gallery all day on April 4 to talk to visitors about their work.

Their Inspired On Thursdays exhibition will be in the gallery at Normandy Street in Alton from April 4 to 30. It is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm. All displayed work will be for sale.

The Thursday Paint Group, a group of Alton Art Society artists, paint together every Thursday afternoon at the Alton Maltings Centre.

Fifteen members, all amateur and of mixed ability, are exhibiting watercolour, acrylic, oil, ink, pastel and mixed media artworks.

Artists will paint in-house most days to welcome exhibition visitors and talk about the group. For more information visit www.altonartsociety.org
