A FAMILY of eight could be homeless for Christmas following a suspected arson attack on a property in Alton.

David Cashman, his partner Angela, six children and two dogs had to evacuate their home in Geales Crescent just after midnight on Tuesday when Mr Cashman's company van was hit by a firebomb on the drive infront of the house.
