ALTON Round Tablers have been touring the town this week with their festive Christmas float.

They are pictured, right, at Barley Fields – where Santa waved and chatted to residents keen to catch a glimpse of him.

The great man himself was aboard his brightly coloured sleigh and made his way around the houses, with Round Tablers running from door to door collecting for charity.
