ANSTEY Residents Group (ARG) is to up its game in the fight against the construction of a major supermarket on the Coors Sports Ground by hiring a professional planning consultant.

The action has been sparked by what ARG views as a "very serious threat" from the imminent application by Asda to build a supermarket with parking, loading area and petrol station on the Anstey Road site.
