CRIME in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight has dropped by four per cent, a Home Office report has revealed.
The county has seen some significant decreases in a number of categories for the 12 months to June 2011, compared to the 12 months to June 2010.
These include a nine per cent drop in sexual offences and an 11 per cent drop in criminal damage.
