LOWER Neatham Mill Lane in Holybourne has had access restored after Hampshire County Council worked non-stop for 12 hours to remove flood water.

Euro Environmental Contractors Ltd worked until gone midnight on Tuesday, employing four tankers to suck out around 60,000 gallons of water and silt, and to then flush through the blocked drains after heavy rain hit the town.
