THERE was no excuse for being bored over half-term as venues and the district council provided entertainment for our youngsters.
From the Alton Library 'dinosaurs' session on Friday, the Curtis Museum's daily and free activities and a toy library at the Maltings to an Ivor the Engine event and the roaming RAPP (Rural Areas Play Project) van, every taste and age was catered for.
