THE Treloar Heights boiler battle continues with an invitation by one homeowner to join her in taking Gleeson Homes Southern to the small claims court en masse.

Fiona Cole and husband John are preparing to take the Fleet-based company to task over boilers that have been deemed by British Gas as "not fit for purpose".
