TRELOAR College is celebrating the success of the its students who achieved outstanding results in their A and AS-levels and BTEC exams.

Staff made special mention of:

Tom, who has passed film studies and media to secure his place at London South Bank University and will take a BA in film studies to his further ambition of working in the media.

Rebecca for securing a place at Stirling University to study a degree in Social Work and

Jordan, (pictured), who overcame “immense physical disabilities” to pass his Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), and gain the opportunity to study for a foundation degree in journalism and sports at Southampton Solent University.His journey has been incredible and his father Chris said he is “over the moon” with his son’s result in his EPQ.

“I always knew he would work hard to get this but I was always a bit apprehensive,” he added. “There is a fine balance between a nagging father and a nurturing one, as far as I was concerned it was always nurturing – he will never say that!

“I also know the incredible team behind him. I can’t thank Treloar College enough for everything they have done for Jordan and me. Jordan can now live the dream.”
