ENERGETIC Medstead mum Sally Powell will be staging another event at Alton Maltings Centre next month to raise money for children’s charity Dreams Come True.

To take the form of a Lady Gaga tribute night, the Saturday, February 10, event will feature Lady ZaZa, with full supporting band, and can be expected to provide another great night out in aid of Dreams Come True – a national charity, based in Liphook, whose mission is to make dreams come true for children with serious life-limiting conditions.

According to Sally, 39, husband Andrew, 47, chief executive of The Training Room in Poole, Dorset, made contact with Dreams Come True when seeking out a charity to support after seeing so many unpalatable things during his time on active service with the Army.

The parents of two healthy children, the couple decided they would like to help less fortunate youngsters and pledged to raise £50,000 for the charity.

The doors will open at 7pm for the Lady Gaga tribute night with the first act on stage at 7.30pm. Tickets, priced £23, will include a fish and chip supper, or vegetarian alternative, and are available by calling Sally on 01420 562364.
