A THREE-pronged plan which would see the release of the Coors Sports Ground on Anstey Road for redevelopment, has been described by agent BNP Paribas Real Estate as the "last roll of the dice".
Exhibited at Alton Assembly Rooms on Monday, the interdependent proposal looked at reprovision of sporting facilities that would be displaced by the loss of the site, and the building of up to 100 new homes (35 per cent affordable) on the 2.27 hectare site.
