POLICE are appealing for information after two men were sighted in Old Odiham Road, Alton, wearing balaclavas and carrying torches, going through gardens and trying car door handles.

The incident occurred around 4.45am on January 4 and the masked men made off on an off-road motorcycle.

Meanwhile, a Husqvarna WR125 trail bike was stolen from a garage in Hall Road, Alton. Police say the bike was taken between 6.45pm on January 3 and 8.15am the next day.
