More than 4,000 visitors pitched up at a Meon Valley farm shop to enjoy its baa-rilliant lambing event after two years of it not going ahead.

Families from across Hampshire flocked to Westlands Farm Shop in Shedfield to meet the farm’s newest bundles of joy.

Visitors enjoyed a family-friendly day cuddling the lambs while learning about the farm’s flock of Romney sheep.

Some of the visitors were even lucky enough to watch lambs being born.

The much-loved event returned after two years following the Covid pandemic yet it still remained a hugely-popular family event among the local community.
