The annual convoy of vintage military vehicles will be passing through the Hampshire countryside once more this year.
Although the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in 2025 saw the final full-length convoy starting at Southwick House, the volunteer organisers of the Commemorative Convoys have announced a shorter convoy for this year which will be part of National Armed Forces Day on June 27.
A spokesperson said: “After our participation in the official ceremonial events in Aldershot, we will be driving a route through north Hampshire, bringing with us some of the visual experience and atmosphere of this unique event to many local communities.”
The route planned is Aldershot to Alton via Church Crookham, Fleet, Hartley Wintney, Hook, North Warnborough and Golden Pot.
