EAST Hampshire MP Damian Hinds has called for the Government to introduce stronger powers to crack down on unauthorised development and to address the small minority of travellers who occupy illegal or unauthorised sites.

Last month's Queen's Speech set out the Government's plans to give more powers to councils and communities in England and Wales over housing and planning decisions.
