Gardens at Binsted Place and Wheatley House both welcomed 170 people to raise £1,500 for Alton’s Cardiac Rehab charity on July 3.

Cardiac Rehab events manager Denise Ellis said: “We would like to thank our fantastic hosts for sharing their beautiful gardens with us. And special thanks also go to our amazing volunteers on the day, and to all our wonderful bakers, whose cakes were a perfect treat after some hard garden gazing.

“All the money raised will be used to help even more local people improve their heart health at our centre.”
