FOUR Marks Parish Council remains "strongly opposed" to a proposal by Persimmon Homes to build 110 new homes on a reserve site at Brislands Lane.
Councillors feel the developer has not overcome the key issues of concern expressed by local people and that further consultation is needed.
The density, identified in East Hampshire Hampshire District Council's Local Plan as a maximum of 90, still far exceeds that figure.
