EIGHT year two children from Alton Infant School have found a safer way of getting to and from school.

Just days after submitting a proposal, they have the go ahead from East Hampshire District Council for a 'Park and Stride' that will enable parents and carers to use empty spaces in nearby Victoria Road car park as a drop-off and pick-up point.
