HEALTH professionals have expressed concern about proposed cutbacks which, they say, will see a significant reduction in the quantity and quality of physiotherapy provision at Alton Community Hospital.

North Hampshire Hospital NHS Trust is consulting on a proposal to take away two clinical management posts – a move which would not only reduce managerial but overall medical supervision in the physiotherapy department at Alton Community Hospital and would see a reduction in treatment time by 15 hours.
