THE Alton Maltings played host last Saturday to ‘A Night with Madonna’ which raised more than £3,000 for Dreams Come True.

Run by Andy and Sally Powell, from Medstead, this event featured tribute act Tasha Leaper, who Sally described as “amazing” and, with 185 guests, it was a “sellout”.
Lots of people came in fancy dress to enjoya a fabulous night of entertainment which included performances by ‘Madonna’, a fish and chip supper supplied by Kingfisher on Wooteys Way, and ending with a disco by 16-year-old local lad Francis Searle, supported by a group of his friends from Amery Hill School, who gave their services free of charge.
Andy and Sally have now raised more than £30,000 for the chairty.
