ROSS Smith is trying to stop the Government cutting the higher rate of benefits to disabled people in residential care.
Minister for the Disabled Maria Miller is cutting £15m from her budget.
Mr Smith who has cerebral palsy, was on BBC1's The Politics Show on Sunday where, in an interview with Peter Henley he stressed how unfair such cuts would be.
