BINSTED Primary School has received a letter from King Charles after the children sent messages of condolences to the palace after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Headteacher Sharron Morton said: “I thought it would be a good idea for the children to write and draw messages to King Charles.
“We put the work into a book and sent it off to the palace, not for one minute expecting a response.
“The children were so excited and delighted to receive a personalised letter from the palace.”
