A ROPLEY farmer is at the end of his tether after four attacks by dogs on his sheep in eight days.
Commercial shepherd Gordon Wyeth says that the situation is becoming so bad that he will shoot the next dog he finds attacking his sheep.
Mr Wyeth runs 4,000 sheep of his own and provides shepherding services to other farmers, looking after 20,000 ewes and lambs in Hampshire and neighbouring West Sussex.
Despite the publicity, Mr Wyeth says this is the worst year he can remember for dog attacks on sheep.
