A NEW singing group is offering a taster session.
Singing for Fun is a new Haslemere U3A group, run by members Wayne and Kay Richardson and their accompanist Matthew Smith, who have experience running popular singing groups.
There will be a taster session for all to try on Friday, February 18 from 10am to midday at Haslewey Community Centre. The cost is £5 per person.
The group plans to meet at the same time every Friday morning – except Good Friday – until July 1.
The programme will feature songs from stage musicals, films, pop music, folk and rock ’n’ roll – with fun and laughter along the way.
You don’t have to be able to read music or learn songs off by heart – just come along and sing your heart out.
No previous singing experience is required.
