A white Christmas is coming to Haslemere shop windows, regardless of the weather, as retailers across the town are once again getting into the festive spirit with the Haslemere Christmas Window competition.

Fourteen local schools and the church youth group are dressing 15 shop windows in the town centre and Weyhill.

Competition organiser Rev. Justin Manley-Cooper, said: “There is already a lot of excitement from the schools, I have little doubt they will set the scene for a fabulous festive attraction.

“The aim of the churches of St. Bartholomew’s, St. Christopher’s, All Saints and St. Stephen’s in promoting the competition is to draw community together, for everyone to make new connections, and for Christmas to be an event that makes Haslemere a destination of fun and community for the festive season.”

The competition will hopefully be a major boost for the town’s retailers. To vote, click here.
