AN APPEAL has been lodged against East Hampshire District Council’s refusal to grant planning permission for the conversion of stables into a four-bedroom house with a single-storey glazed linking building.

The proposal is for Monkwood House in Petersfield Road, Monkwood. The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations and the Planning Inspectorate reference is APP/M1710/W/21/3282575.

The appeal details can be inspected on the planning portal at https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk, where any comments should be sent by January 24.
