A CATHOLIC school attended by pupils from the Alton area has been closed since Monday afternoon, after dozens of pupils developed confirmed or presumed swine flu after a school trip to Germany.
With the high number of pupils falling ill at All Hallows, the secondary school and sixth form college at Farnham, which takes Catholic pupils from a wide catchment area, the Health Protection Agency advised it was no longer practical to keep the school open.
