FORMER Treloar's schoolgirl turned television actress Julie Fernandez has claimed Jimmy Savile groped her.

The alleged assault is believed to have happened when the school took a group of pupils to appear on the BBC TV Jim'll Fix It programme.

Miss Fernandez, who uses a wheelchair, is one of an estimated 60 potential victims whose claims of sexual abuse by the BBC presenter are being investigated by police forces across the country.
