THE Countess of Wessex is to become the royal patron of the Treloar Trust.

The countess has been a patron of the Vision Treloar's project, which saw the co-location of school and college on the campus at Holybourne.

This major project resulted in the construction of new educational and residential facilities for students on the Holybourne campus.

During her visit to Treloar's, the countess met many students and staff which enabled her to engage with students and hear about their life at Treloar's and their aspirations.
