RAF Odiham personnel have offered their thoughts and prayers to the family of former colleague David Traill, 51, who died in the helicopter crash in Glasgow last Friday.
A talented Chinook airman, Mr Traill was piloting the police helicopter when it fell onto the roof of The Clutha bar, on the banks of the Clyde. The pub was packed with about 120 people listening to a band.
All three crew were killed and six people in the pub lost their lives. A further 32 people were injured, around 12 remaining in hospital.
Group Captain Richard Maddison, station commander RAF Odiham, said: "The station is deeply saddened by this loss, and our thoughts go out to the family and friends of all of those who have been affected."
