NEW proposals by the Treloar Trust to facilitate the amalgamation of lower and upper school provision on the College site in Holybourne have come under fire.

While not opposed to the principle of the move, some residents have been staggered by an outline application that, they say, bears no resemblance to the subject of public consultation in July last year.
