Farnham Help for Refugees is calling for donations of warm winter clothes at St George’s Church, Badshot Lea, tomorrow (Friday).

Good-condition clothes are especially needed for men (sizes small, medium and large only), but also for women, teens and children in all sizes.

Also in demand are brand new underwear, walking shoes and trainers and adult football kits – but no formal clothes.

Backpacks and suitcases are also required, as are school stationary, travel cots and cot bedding.

Health items sought include pain relief medicine, walking sticks and walking frames, as well as toiletries including shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and brushes, and deodorant.

Farnham Help for Refugees asks that donors don't bring items outside of the above list, or dirty or damaged goods.

A full list of required items can be found on the Farnham Help for Refugees’ Facebook page.

The collection will take place from 3pm to 7pm.
